As a certified 200‑hour yoga teacher and nonprofit professional, I teach breathwork, desk‑friendly stretches, and short resilience practices your team can use during the workday to reduce stress, increase focus, and show staff you care. Trainings are individualized and range from short resets during meetings to formal workshops, each tailored to your staff’s needs.
