I am a HUD certified housing counselor and I know how many pieces are required to be in compliance with HUD. I have developed and managed these systems and processes with staff to ensure understanding and compliance.

The majority of my experience is with small and growing non-profits in rural communities. I understand that there is a different type of support that is needed, as these organizations are often looking to build a strong foundation, so they can grow in the future.

I have experience with state, federal, and foundation level grants, with the most experience on the state level. This includes setting up data tracking and support systems to ensure grant guidelines are being followed.

I have worked with a non-profit on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation since 2015. Combined with an education in community development, I understand what it takes to empower people, businesses, and communities on a grassroots level.

I have used a variety of methods for tracking, including Excel, Google Sheets, Monday.com, Quickbooks, and Little Green Light. I have the most expertise with Outcome Tracker for both IDA and HUD programming. I can provide training and support in understanding the system and utilizing it well.
